Stephanie Lowery, PT, DPT, DipMDT, received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Ohio University, obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, and achieved her Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute International.  She owns and operates an outpatient private practice physical therapy clinic, ActiveCare PT Inc., which is a Certified McKenzie Clinic. activecareptinc.com

Judith Miller, RN, MSN, CHC, FNLP, received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing at West Virginia University.  Following a successful 40-year career in the medical and health care field, Judith is an avid student of nutrition.  She is certified as a nutrition lifestyle coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, an affiliate of the State University of New York (SUNY), and through the Functional Nutrition Lab.

Gemma Carson earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. She spent six years in television news, taught college classes and worked more than 20 years in corporate communications.
