About the Book


The book -- Become The Whole Healthy You! -- provides teenagers with a solid foundation to establish good health habits for daily living.  Teenagers and adults can benefit from this book. The teaching that eating food that has cholesterol will give you unhealthy cholesterol is wrong. Cholesterol is needed for cell membranes, healthy nerves, vitamin D production and the precursor to many other important hormones. It is eating processed oil and refined sugar that contributes most to creating chronic inflammation inside of your body. Eating healthy fats strengthens your body and brain. Eating refined sugar damages your gut, brain and all other body systems. Good quality sleep and movement contribute just as much as good nutrition to your whole body health.
