The body is an absolutely amazing creation. It is a miracle.
The body has what is called innate intelligence. Each person is born already knowing how to function properly. The body is self-regulating and self-healing. It has its own intelligence, or wisdom, to keep itself healthy and balanced, as long as it is treated with love and respect.
The semester learning from Become The Whole Healthy You! will teach students what they do and how they make lifestyle choices allows them to be and stay healthy.
We invite parents and students to learn why this information matters.

Today’s children are growing up in an environment very different from the one parents experienced. Modern air, water, food, clothing, and household products introduce foreign substances, which can sometimes be toxic, that the body must process every day.
