Movement Component

Many people only think about exercise, movement by the body, when thinking about being physically fit. But there are three types of movement introduced, and they are all important to the five aspects of health: physical; mental; emotional; social; and spiritual. In Become The Whole Healthy You! students will learn about these three types of movement.

 Movement Into The Body

Through our five senses, we have a large volume of movement into our bodies every day. First, notice what we consume through our senses and thoughts. Second, choose movement that brings us joy and promotes health.

Movement Out of The Body

Maybe not the most appealing health topic, but movement out of the body with healthy bowel and urinary habits, are important to know about. On the captivating health topic side, this part of the course covers transmutation and coherence, because our thoughts matter!

Movement By The Body - Exercise

When thinking of movement by the body, exercise is what most likely comes to mind. In this portion of class, students learn how and why nutrition impacts exercise. They also learn about practicing stress relief. And yes, they learn about many different types of exercise.

  • Do we understand body language, non-verbal cues in our family?
  • What impact do thoughts have in our family and do we discuss them?
  • How can we raise our vibrational frequency as a family to improve our coherence?
  • What impact does what we eat have on our physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health?
  • How can we sleep better and improve digestion through the three types of movement?
