Movement Component

Many people only think about exercise, movement by the body, when thinking about being physically fit. But there are three very differnt types of movment, and they are all important to health. In Become The Whole Healthy You! students will learn about all three types of movement.

Into The Body

Through our five sense, we have a large volume of movement into our bodies every day. First, it is good to be aware of this fact. Second, it is important to choose the movement in that brings us joy and makes us healthy.

Out of The Body

Maybe not the most attractive health topic but movement out of the body is important to know about and take note of. Students will learn about healthy bowel and and urinary habits. This part of the course also covers transmutation and coherence, because our thoughts matter!

By The Body - Exercise

When thinking about movement by the body, exercise is most likely the number one thing that comes to mind. However, in this portion of class, students also learn about the importance of food to exercise. They learn about practicing stress relief. And yes, they learn about the different types of exercise and how to perform them correctly.

  • Do we understand body language, non-verbal cues in our family?
  • What impact do thoughts have in our family and do we discuss them?
  • How can we raise our vibrational frequency as a family to improve our coherence?
  • What impact does what we eat have on our physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health?
  • How can we sleep better and improve digestion through exercise?
